Thorough physical inspection is done at the initial stage itself, where all materials that come in are checked using strict parameters.
This involves a check based on weight, quality, marking day codes, acceptance or rejection during processing.
Once production is completed, minute scrutiny is done so that it meets all quality standards. All of our QA Personnel are well acquainted with the current ECC, FDA, AQIS, BRC, IFS, HACCP, Codex Alimentarius and SABS guidelines.
We conduct third party final inspection from a reputed agency when the container is loaded just to ensure our commitment to excellence, so that the highest standard of quality is maintained.
A Quality Assurance Dossier is created by our quality control personnel. This comprises of digital photographs taken at each step during the process, till the time cartons are stacked on to the container, complete with an organoleptic report, a microbiological analysis report, a final pre–shipment inspection report and a loading survey.
We provide up-to-date information on the market situation, raw material prices and other significant details in the food industry. We also advise on price fluctuations in the international markets from time to time.

Should you have a private label, we will develop this with our printer and provide the same to all the factories that are processing your products in order to minimize the risk of any discrepancy.
