Seafood

labels - Should you have a private label, we
will develop this with our printer and provide the same
to the factories to minimize the risk of any discrepancies.
Once
the order is placed, our Quality Assurance
process includes the following steps:
1. Raw material checking
2. Raw material on line processing
3. Finished product inspection
4. Finally, Lloyds an outside inspection
agency will do the final inspection when
the container is loaded.
Our
quality control personnel also take digital photographs
during the entire process – until the time of
stacking the cartons into the container. This helps
in cases where the product has undergone temperature
fluctuations due to container malfunctioning.
All our QA personnel are well acquainted with EEC, FDA,
AQIS, HACCP, Codex Alimentarus and SABS guidelines.
